內部 canonical 架構仍以 ../docs/ 為準；本資料夾是裁切後的對外版本，不是第二套主規格。 / The internal canonical architecture remains in ../docs/; this folder is a derived external view, not a second primary spec. [Verified]
本資料夾刻意不揭露 proprietary enrichment sources、內部 reference inventory、或資料取得方法細節。 / This folder intentionally omits proprietary enrichment sources, internal reference inventory, and acquisition-method details. [Inference]

可對外說明：系統目標、審核單位、資料模型、決策狀態、交付欄位、稽核軌跡。 / Safe to disclose: system goals, review unit, data model, decision states, delivery fields, and audit trail.
不對外說明：crawler、特定通路來源、來源覆蓋率細節、內部召回策略與 rule inventory。 / Do not disclose: crawlers, channel-specific sources, source coverage detail, internal recall strategy, or detailed rule inventory.
